Animals

Animal patterns of Celtic Art are a fusion of many influences that came together in the 7th century and are beautifully illustrated in the classic Celtic gospels like The Book of Kells, the Lindesfarne Gospels and The Book of Durrow. They can also be found on numerous Pictish stones and cross-slabs.

More animal designs can be found at 'Small Designs' and at 'Bookmarkers'.
